this recipe for Coconut Chai enticing — especially given the context in which this blogger found it. She was at a gala at an aquarium, eating seafood (is that cruel, eating seafood at an aquarium?), and the flavors in this concoction were a perfect foil. And I admire anyone who goes home and re-creates a recipe on their own.
